Description

An opportunity to acquire a well established and very profitable regional Architectural Practice, located in a popular coastal regional town.

The Practice provides its services to the domestic, commercial, retail, government and hospitality markets and undertakes work across a broad range of project areas and industries including residential, commercial, industrial, heritage, government services, education, National Parks and maintenance and minor works. They range from simple low value maintenance projects up to projects in the order of $15m. Many of the clients are located in the surrounding regions where the practice is located. The business operates from an office located in the town, which is available for lease, or sale. The Vendors advise it is essential in their decision making process, for the buyer to be prepared to have an office in the town.

This opportunity may suit very experienced architects, wishing to commence practice at a large scale. It could also suit an existing Perth based or regional architectural practice wishing to grow via acquisition by focusing on this regional area within Western Australia. It is important to note that the Vendors advise the practice could not be relocated to Perth as it would need to have an active presence/office in the town, however aspects of the work could be undertaken by a Perth office (sales have been limited by availability of staff, so this could be a good option). Due to the nature of the Practice and the personal relationships involved, the Vendors are prepared to continue to work in the Practice for a period of time to ensure a smooth transition, as they want it to be successful for all parties concerned.

The Vendors have asked that potential buyers be qualified for finance prior to progressing further. Due to the confidential nature of this transaction, further information will only be provided to parties which have been approved by the Vendors.
